Marraige

She: does the dishes
He: lazes on the couch watching tv

She: bids goodbye to shorts in summers
He: enjoys his tea in the garden wearing a ganji

She: gets home early from work to ensure dinner is laid on time
He: simply comes home late and expects food to be hot

She: gives up going to her friend's anniversary party
He: calls his friends over and assumes she will fit-in

She: tries hard to please his mother
He: gets to be trated as 'Jamai Raja' by her mother

She: changes her name
He: remains as is

Marraige is not about compromises only. It is a long journey where nothing matters more than our own sense of balance and understanding and a chance for right choice of partner
