Most elastic element
Most elastic element in the world is TIME. Because it increases minutes when we are waiting and decreases hours when we are enjoying...
Marraige
She: does the dishes
He: lazes on the couch watching tv
She: bids goodbye to shorts in summers
He: enjoys his tea in the garden wearing a ganji
She: gets home early from work to ensure dinner is laid on time
He: simply comes home late and expects food to be hot
She: gives up going to her friend's anniversary party
He: calls his friends over and assumes she will fit-in
She: tries hard to please his mother
He: gets to be trated as 'Jamai Raja' by her mother
She: changes her name
He: remains as is
Marraige is not about compromises only. It is a long journey where nothing matters more than our own sense of balance and understanding and a chance for right choice of partner

For Six Sigma enjoyers...
Brainstorming sessions, numbers, data, graphs, minitab, pugh matrix, fish bone diagram (ishikawa diagram), pareto chart, DoE (Design of Experiments) and so on and so forth interests me much and makes my blood running high with full enthusiasm. Saying so has always sounded good to me.
Having heard of the business Y factor and the drilling down big X, and further drilling down to X1, X2, … XN was always interesting.
Amidst all these interesting stuff, the different dimension of the same concept quoted by my friend, Amit Singhal in his marriage invitation turned my attention, into burst of laughter and with eye opener ;-) The saying goes as:
“Before marriage, a man yearns for the woman he loves. After marriage, the 'Y' becomes silent.”

Be Yourself
Be true to yourself and others, dont try to appear better than what you are...
It is better to be hated for what you are than
to be loved for what you are not...
Understanding
We often fail to understand the feelings of the one who is close to our heart, because the book held very close to eyes is difficult to read
